St. Augustine Family-Owned Pits and Outdoor BBQ

Eat outside beside a marina, settle into an Old City patio or catch a Sunday Texas-style truck before the brisket is gone.

St. Augustine lets you take barbecue outside in more than one way. The meal can be a Sunday truck in the country, a marina lunch, an Old City patio or a casual stop beside the Fountain of Youth.

For Sunday Texas barbecue at Molasses Junction

County Road Provisions brings oak-smoked Central Texas barbecue to 6300 CR 214 on Sundays. Pre-order the brisket, beef rib or sausage you want because the truck says it sells out fast. Its schedule also includes catering and occasional guest stops, so use the official page before you drive.

For a family truck beside the marina

Fire & Smoke BBQ Company is parked at Marina Munch in English Landing Marina. It uses family-recipe rubs and has outdoor seating. Go early enough that a sellout does not choose lunch for you.

For an Old City patio or attraction lunch

Mojo Old City BBQ has two dog-friendly patios on Cordova Street. Smoked Southern BBQ is the outdoor cafe inside the Fountain of Youth parking lot.

For a family smokehouse or a fresh daily pit

Brisky's BBQ is the family-owned sit-down choice with two dining rooms and a bar. Smokin' D's North cooks for the day and closes when the meat is gone.

Venue details and official schedules were checked October 22, 2026. Outdoor seating, truck visits and sellout times can change.
